What creative events could bring some life to Civic Square

Te Ngākau Civic Square is empty. The City to Sea Bridge, the Civic Administration Building, the Library, Capital E, and the Town Hall all have seismic issues meaning, apart from a few lunchtime visitors, the square is very quiet. We'd like to hear what you have to say on bringing back some life to the square - it could be holding open-night movies, turning it into a craft fair or staging theatrical and music performances.
