Wanaka home goes for $1.3 million
A home in Wanaka has sold for 76 per cent more than its capital valuation (CV). The property at No. 17 Kowhai Drive sold for $1.3 million, much higher than its $740,000.
The 165sqm home is smaller than most homes in Wanaka.
