I am open to options:
Initially short before Christmas I was told that my place will be put on Sale in January, it is already on the market on Trademe, open days to visit are sundays...
Now I have a boarder and we both are searching a place to rent together normally a two bedroom place but we could extend to a three or four Bedrooms if they are other people interested to join us and share the cost, which should make a cheap rent...
I have two seniors cats living indoor so people must not be allergics to cats. They are to treat like family.
If you have something affordable, and not far from the public transport, preferably in Waikanae where I have my network and friends this will be a plus.
The other option will be to find someone who has a big property and is happy to rent some land around $50/100 per week with a renting contract over 8 to 10 years, so this will make them some pocket money for something they may like to see occupy; this is to put a Tiny home or a containerhouse that I will buy on Rent to buy to get an asset.
The place will need Power, Internet, Water, Seewage or let me install a Seewage tank..
If you have something like this, please let me know or you could put your ad into landsharedotcodotnz this will help...

This weeks pick for top product is Harraways Organic Rolled Oats. Bagged in paper and only a couple of dollars more than the non organic version, they are great value for money and very environmentally friendly. Great nutty taste too. I use them in muesli and most baking.
PS - for those who raised the important point about waxed paper in my post supporting Much Moores Ice Cream 1 litre cardboard pack: I found that by soaking the cardboard briefly the brown backing easily peeled off. I put this in my home compost where it seems to be breaking down fine, and sent the rest of the cardboard to the recycle bin.
