Blitz on Illegal Vehicles on Paraparaumu Beach this Labour Weekend

Chris from Paraparaumu Beach

Wouldn’t it be great if KCDC and Police took the opportunity to blitz our beaches this Labour Weekend. Issuing Tickets not warnings to all those vehicles on the beach not launching a boat or with a current disabled permit, because there will be plenty and they will all be repeat offenders.
It would have a massive impact
We live in hope....
What will happen is beach goers as usual will put up with lazy selfish drivers spoiling a fun relaxing weekend at the beach again!
What can you do?
If you are on Paraparaumu or Waikanae beach take a picture of the offending vehicles number plate and send to kapiti.council@kapiticoast.govt.nz
And crime stoppers
Why?
Because council and police need to see that this issue is important to the community to raise its priority.
