House urgently needed

Dallas from Te Aroha

Hello everyone and Happy New Year
My daughter is due to have her first child early February and is desperately looking for a home.
She is Winz approved for a bond and can afford $200 per week. I'm hoping this message will reach home owners out in our local who have a house she can rent as she is nervously close to her due date, and ideally would love to setup a nursery for her son.
She is an experienced commercial cleaner and will take very good care of your home. She has had a hard time with house viewings for the last few months as she is 20 years old and she's finding out that age discrimination is an issue with alot of real estate agents.
It is her hope someone will give her a go, to prove she is trustworthy, honest, and reliable including paying her rent on time.
Please if you have any means to offer your home, please get in contact with her on 0272177712 or myself on 0273258589.
Thanks everyone.

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

We definitely need homes that are fit to live in but there are often frustrations when it comes to getting consent to modify your own home.
Do you think changes need made to the current process for building consent? Share your thoughts below.
