Is it okay to use your neighbour's rubbish bins?

Reporter The Timaru Herald

Picture this-you've just finished assembling a new table from the Warehouse and you're left with a silly amount of cardboard. You go to put it in your bin but notice it's already full. What do you do? Keep it stashed as an ornamental addition in the corner of the kitchen? or do you eye up the neighbour's bin for a potential drop and dash?

Some of you have no worries being sneaky, but would you be okay with neighbour's using your bins?
