My Nice Neighbour nomination
A young student in my neighbourhood had 3 females and 1 male cat de-sexed at his own expense so they could remain in his area, but not breed. They were wild, the SPCA cannot re-home them, there were two options only, euthensia or de-sexing. He chose de-sexing.
