Fright Nite Glenview

Liz from Glenview

What a great nite we had at the Community centre tonight.  Many people from all areas of our community came in fact the queue went out to the footpath for most of the night.  Little Frights was enjoyed by many under 7's who got to knock the ghosts, dig for spiders, pin the boo on the ghost, hoop the witch's hat before photos and treats.  The main hall suffered many victims however with loud screams and tears.  Most kids however came out still smiling and excited.  Treats were handed out and survival photos taken. These will be placed on the Glenview community centres facebook page soon. I know I am looking forward to seeing them. Well done to the G Unit Youth group for running such a spooktacular event.  Looking forward to the next fright nite already

Who is your favourite local business?

The team Reporter from Hamilton Press

We all have a favourite business - where the people are super friendly, the goods or services top notch, the deals great, or we appreciate the sponsorship they give to the town.

The most valuable contribution of small businesses, is the community spirit they foster. They set up shop where they see potential for their vision to flourish, and we want to celebrate that.

Tell us who your fave business is and why, and you could win a $50 Prezzy card just in time for Christmas! Comment below!
