Help needed for my neighbour please
Hi my neighbour urgently needs some financial help to get his support dog out of impound he only got her a week ago and hadn't had a chance to get her all legal she escaped 3 days ago we HV bn searching everywhere as he is struggling to cope now with out his companion/support dog as he is a single old fella on a benifit would anyone know if there is anywhere we/ could go to get help to get her back asap please let me know I hate seeing my neighbour like this as he is a GD man that finally had a friend to share his home and life with. please help
