Get summer ready, Large portable cabin for sale, Offers

Natasha from Tauranga City

All reasonable offers will be considered, we purchased this for $15000 not quite three years ago. change in circumstances so is now surplus to requirements,

Description as below:

• Insulated

• Internally lined

• Carpeted

• Painted interior/exterior

• Wired with 2 double power points, inside light and an outside light complete with 20m cord which plugs into a 3 pin plug.

• Brand new powder coated joinery (generally white or silver pearl)

• Comes manufactured with 100% H3.2 treated timber.

This includes all wooden building materials including framing and exterior cladding. With the ranch slider positioned on the side of the building it creates a great open feel and a sense of space. This unit is warm and cosy and makes a great double room, office space or anything else your needing extra space for...

Great condition, has a few odd marks on the walls but nothing a slap of paint couldn't fix..

Unfortunately bit hard to take good photos of it where it is positioned as its directly behind a building at present so can't take a photo from distance,

Can easily be relocated via a hi-ab,

Please refer to the above link for a photo of the original cabin purchased

Price: $10,500
