First home buying stories wanted
Hi everyone! I'm Kylie, a Homed reporter. We're looking for people who have fairly recent, interesting, unique or off-the-wall stories to tell about how they bought their first homes. Did you move away from your home just to find a more affordable property? Did you scrimp and save for years to get a deposit together? Perhaps your family chipped in to help get you on the ladder? Covid update - National figures
Another encouraging result as another drop puts it into the 2400 zone, the best since Feb 2022
It is still concerning that Cant seems slower to drop 16.6% again and I found out today, that both my next-door neighbours had it last week and are struggling to get over it.
