Hi....I am in my new country ...I bought 10 oysters to try ...nice big ones ...cost NZ$1.50....They taste like Bluff Oysters but for confirmation I need to cook them .....Has anybody got a simple batter recipe like the Fish and Chip shop uses.....Then I can really taste them....
Now before people come rushing to the Philippines...Oysters is the only food that I have found that is lower here....I thought it was supposed to be inexpensive but fruit is low quality and expensive and living here is expensive especially in Manila where I am......So I hope someone can post a simple batter recipe suitable for Oysters??? Regards Ron
