Bowel cancer can strike at any age. Each year about 3,000 New Zealanders are diagnosed with the disease and more than 1,200 will die. That’s as many as breast and prostate cancer combined. But it is treatable – and beatable – if detected early enough.

This week is the last week of term 3 Yoga classes at Rangiora Hospital.
I will continue with the 6:30 Wednesday Hatha/mixed classes through the term break. Pregnant women welcome. Monday classes will start again on the 19th as I have taken on some relief work at a mountain resort.
Will hold a few workshops in the next couple of months. Please see my website www.injoyyogatherapy.com.... Details will be posted soon.
