Family Success Matters Pukekohe shuts doors but continues its services
From 12 pm Wednesday the 25th of March the Family Success Matters building is closed but services will continue remotely. All visits from social workers will be done via the phone. Please contact your social worker if you need assistance. We are still taking referrals at www.fsm.org.nz... or call 0800 3267 8278. If you are in immediate risk of harm, please call Emergency Services on 111.
