My Prospa Local Business Hero nomination

Jenny from Awapuni

Maxwells Line Four Square in Palmerston North is my favourite shop. Margaret and Veejay go out of their way to make sure customers get the freshest fruit and veggies in town and if they don't have what you want will ring around to source it for you. Despite being robbed and assaulted in daylight this week and Veejay being stabbed they were open for business as usual the next day. I think this from Stuff proves what high esteem they are held in locally "Since the robbery there has been an outpouring of support from the community. Flowers, cards and baking have all been dropped off at the store, with locals shocked at what happened."

Tell us who are you honouring today. Whether it's a story from the battlefield or a memory of a family member who fought in the war, we'd love you to share your stories below.
