We are preparing shoreline adaptation plans (SAPs) across the region.
The plans will:
- look at how we can adapt Auckland Council-owned land and assets to respond to coastal hazards and climate change over the next 100 years.
- promote the preservation and restoration of the coastal environment for future generations.
The areas relevant to your local board are:
- Campbells Bay
- Mairangi Bay
- Murrays Bay
- Rothesay Bay
- Browns Bay
- Waiake
- Torbay
- Northcross
- Long Bay
- Okura
- Glenvar
- Redvale
- Silverdale
- Stillwater

Skottel Braai Stem
Hi neighbors.
Does anybody have or know of somebody
who has an old-school Skottel Braai stem
they are not using or perhaps want to sell for
a reasonable price. Mine is damaged, and
we thoroughly enjoy the Skottel in summer.
l've attached a picture of what it looks like,
and hopefully somebody can assist.
