Delivery of the paper
To the Editor! I think now that you need urgent action to placate some very upset people with the non-delivery of the paper [ in most cases never had it ] and the advertisers whom appear to think that they are getting value for money. AT least? I bet someone is being paid to deliver. It must be close to a fraudulent operation if they are being paid???
