Politicians have to be thick skinned and live with more scrutiny than the average voter. Rightly so, and this includes Nick Smith.
"We know that he is feeling under pressure in his seat of Nelson this year, but staggering about in the dead of night, ranting about Nazis and having to be forcibly removed from the chamber is not the way to behave as an MP."
"Wood said Smith's behaviour was unlikely to endear him to local voters, who want an MP focused on representing them."

I am looking for a really nice person who enjoys pets and other people's houses to house sit from time to time. I have a very special English pointer dog and 2 well-loved cats. I am 3km from Richmond.
Last year, four out of five Kiwis drank alcohol and one in four drank hazardously. Did you know there is support through the organisation, Al-Anon Family Groups, for those whose lives are impacted by someone's problem drinking?
PLEASE, come and show your support ! An A4 piece of paper or card with an appropriate polite message would be great !
