Stolen trailer have you seen?

Michele from Nelson

Last night, (January 1st) sometime after 9.30pm, our tipping trailer was stolen from Wainui Street, the Wood. Registration number 123M7.
Please call (0272) 423 180 or Nelson Police if you have seen anything.
It is 8 x 5 with caged sides which, when last seen, had plywood sheets attached to the cage on the sides, but not the front and back. The left-hand side tail light has a lens missing. The trailer lock will have been broken in order to move it. Happy New Year.

We want to know: Should mining projects like this move ahead?

Keen to dig deeper? Mike White has the scoop.
