Boy racers on Hospital Hill
Is anyone else concerned about the boy racers performing nightly along Hospital Hill? Each night (or 4.10am in a Nissan Skyline according to my neighbour) one or two cars do donuts outside the Botanic Gardens before racing at speed (I would estimate 100km’s/hr+) along Napier Terrace.
I’m worried that someone is going to be killed. Either them or an innocent bystander.
Does anyone think traffic calming measures similar to Chaucer Road south would work?
