Retirement house

Clare from Napier South

Are you around 65 like me, looking to go into a retirement village, or just wanting to free up some cash and not live alone. Please give me a call. I have a large house on the flat in Napier South. I have all my money tied up in the house and would like to free up some money. I would like two others to buy part of my house. We would live together. My house has potential for income so potentially we would all live for cheap if not free, apart from food. Currently I'm finishing renovations but just wanted to gain expressions of interest. Similar to retirement villages should you choose to sell it will be at a set rate so that others in the house are able to get someone else who can afford to come in. Looking for not grumpy people, who enjoy the company of others. Basically easy going.

This is an international project that completes projects left when someone dies. You pay postage to get it to a volunteer and for them to return it to you.
