Nina from Mapua

Just walked on Chaytor Reserve, such a lovely walkway at Ruby Bay. A dog dropping was left on ramp, must have been a large dog. Do people not appreciate our lovely area and how lucky we are to be able to let our dogs run fee.

You’ll Never Find Another

The Team from Neighbourly Property

Sometimes an absolute winner comes along and if you blink you miss it. Don't let this be the case here. This expansive three bedroom plus study/four bedroom home complemented with two bathrooms has a long and low feel that makes the most of the sun.

Blessed with generous light filled rooms and outlook over the picturesque gardens, the home has benefitted from a good design, facilitating easy living and entertaining with seamless flow through the double glazed French doors onto the private, sun drenched covered patio.

It would be hard not to fall head over heels for this. Imagine lounging around this idyllic garden setting, private behind the hedges. Perfect for couples demanding space and privacy, car/garden enthusiasts, family or those downsizing from a larger lifestyle block.

With double glazing throughout (except garage and separate laundry), HRV, multiple heat pumps, wood burner and heat transfer system you'll be cozy till your heart's content.

The property is complete with triple-car internal access garaging, storage with attic stairs and plenty of off street parking for the motor home or boat.

Live your best life with the golf course, foreshore for walks all nearby plus the recreation centre, cinema and township for eateries. If you are looking for a home to relax and enjoy, in a desirable location to match, then this is the one for you. Our vendors are downsizing and moving out of the area and determined to sell on auction day.

Call Nicola Chambers and inspect without delay. Once you're here, you won't want to leave.
