Thanks for everything

Rani Timoti from Helensville Citizens Advice Bureau

Celebrate the incredible contribution of volunteers around Aotearoa NZ through National Volunteer Week.
At Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), there are more than 2,000 amazing individuals, from all walks of life, who generously give their time to make a difference to people in their communities.
Our Helensville CAB volunteers help people to know and understand their rights and obligations, and how to use this information to get the best outcomes.
The contribution of volunteers nationally is immense - collectively over 260,000 voluntary hours each year!
Check out our website www.cab.org.nz... for information about how CAB can help you or to find out how you can get involved and give back.
Volunteers are the heart of our community. By many, the work will be completed, Mā tini, mā mano, ka rapa te whai! #NVW2018

This can be true even if the life changes are a good thing, such as a move to somewhere you will love to live.

Once you understand why you have this feeling, you can reframe it as creating a new environment that will support your present life while reminding you of your best experiences.
