In this workshop, we will discuss why diets don't work for most people and what Science says is the healthiest food plan for most humans. We will tease apart the diet related facts from the diet related myths & propaganda.
.
Come along and learn the classic reasons why people become over weight and specific skills and strategies that can help bring weight back under control. We will also look at exercise; why it is important for good health, but why it is not very helpful for weight loss.
