Seeking Employment

Diane from Fairfield

Hi, After 4years working alongside the greatest employer in Hamilton, it was time for him to retire and live the good life. Leaving me with way too much time on my hands and bored. I would welcome any work possible but not too strenuous please :). I am computer savvy and have a fully operational office amidst my bussling home. I have Level 5, National Certificate in Business Management including Health & Safety and H&R accomplishments. Over the past 4 years I have had hands on experience with anything from cash handling to managing a crew of 22 staff and 10 delivery vehicles. But I would be happy with creating cv's/Cover letters/contracts or sharing my knowledge with those brave people who have decided to enter the business world. And willing to discuss a price you feel is accomodating. I have a full drivers licence and a reliable vehicle. Full access to office supplies and Wifi. I can be contacted by messaging on our friendly neighbourly page, or if you comment I will be sure to call you at my earliest convenience. Also if you wish to site my CV, Nzqa documents or reference please comment and I would be happy to forward them via email. Looking forward to helping you, help me :)

Did you submit on the city council's long-term plan?

The Team Reporter from Hamilton Press

Hamiltonians have spoken out on the council’s budget plans with the city’s massive proposed rates hike a lightning rod for residents already struggling with rising costs.

With more than 3000 submissions landing on the Hamilton City Council’s Draft Long Term Plan the hot topic is unsurprisingly the proposed 19.9% rise, which itself lands in a cost of living crisis and limping economy.

Have you heard about this Hamilton petition?

The Team Reporter from Hamilton Press

A group of Hamilton business owners have started a petition to stop the council from hiking up rates and passing the cost of what they say are unpopular projects on to residents.

It frustrates longtime residents Tom Andrews, a former roading engineer who owns Classics Museum and has property interests and Jo Reeder, to see Hamiltonians facing large bills.
