? Free Sessions?

Dr. Heidi Douglass from Psychological Services and Yoga with Dr. Heidi Douglass

Could you see a Psychologist like myself for free? If your employer uses the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) called INSTEP, you might be able to have 3 free sessions with me in Hamilton, Raglan or online.
............
Call your HR Dept. to find out if you have access to EAP & which one your employer uses. If they don’t use INSTEP, could they let you see an out of network provider?
.............
Some of my clients come to see me monthly for professional supervision. This is also a circumstance wherein the employer covers the cost of a session.

A potential vision of a future Hamilton and surrounding towns, incorporating rail as a key feature of our public transport network, primarily using existing tracks.

Also, this week Ministry of Transport signed off on completing a business case for rapid rail between Ham and Akld (around one hour from CBD to CBD), to be completed in April 2020.
