Genealogy help required please

Karen from Nawton

Hi hope someone on this site is a genealogist and is familiar with Ancestry DNA. Trying to download my results (from 2 years ago) to Gedmatch but having issues figuring out what to do. A lady on Facebook was starting to help me but as it was about 11pm in the UK she's now gone to bed so here I am at Mon noon struggling to make sense of it all. So if anyone can actually help me please contact me on 0273901487. I've minimized everything for the moment. Many thanks.

The situation escalated when First Union members announced the wouldn't take fares on Waikato urban routes on Monday.
Go Bus said it would lock out workers and operate reduced services.
Drivers then blocked buses at the Transport Centre and Higgins Rd depot. They've said protests will continue as long as workers are locked out.
