2 Questions:
1) In spite of having such a notice on one's letterbox, if advertising is still regularly delivered, has any legal or regulatory offence taken place? In other words is it possible to take action against the advertiser or the distributer?
2) Does anyone know the name of the company responsible for distributing advertising materials on behalf of our supermarkets and other retailers?
