Looking to do large scale pruning jobs AFTER lockdown

Jacks Tree Services

My name is Jack and I am interested in any large scale pruning jobs in the Manawatu area that the average joe bloggs doesn’t have the ability or the equipment to do. I have many years of experience in the horticultural industry, especially when it comes down to pruning and tree care.

I provide following types of pruning:

* Deadwooding
* Crown and canopy thinning
* Crown canopy lifting
* Directional or formative pruning
* Vista pruning
* Crown reduction
* Pollarding

I currently work as a Nursery Technician for the Manawatu District Council, specialising in propagating native plants. I’ve decided to take advantage of my skills and knowledge in horticulture/arboriculture and use that for something to do during my downtime with a bit of extra pocket money on the side, hence me promoting my services.

NOTE: I am not interested in tree removals nor am I qualified or have the experience to do so. Cutting down trees can be very dangerous. I also do not have the equipment to undertake such jobs. I recommend hiring a professional for this type of work.

NOTE: I do have the proper climbing and safety equipment if a job requires me to ascend and work in a tree. I am not a qualified professional or had extensive training in this particular field of work but I do know how to use the equipment safely and confidently with the proper techniques involved. I’m not a risk taker so each job will be considered through a case by case basis.

If you are interested please message or call me and maybe include an image of what you would liked pruned and I can provide a quote. I can also do an onsite visit and provide a quote that way.

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Many public rubbish bins are being removed by councils due to the large costs of regularly emptying them. Do you think we can adapt and live without them?
