Lodging a Bond

The Team from Housing Advice Centre

Any bond a landlord takes from a tenant must be lodged with Tenancy Services within 23 working days of receiving the payment.
A bond cannot be more than 4 weeks rent, but it is totally okay not to charge a bond or charge less than 4 weeks.
Bonds can be lodged via the Tenancy Services website (you will need a PDF of the bond lodgement form) or via cheque mailed to Tenancy Services.

For more help contact the Housing Advice Centre 06 358 4875 or Tenancy Services 0800 TENANCY

Wine Barrels for Sale! - $180

Christine from Kairanga

Wine Barrels for sale - now back in stock!

Used - as in ex the vineyard - wine barrels.

These make great planters, bar leaners, furniture etc, You can stain, oil or polyurethane them or leave as is - they will weather and give a rustic look.

Price is per barrel - $180 per barrel. Pick the one you want! There are many to choose from.

Would prefer pickup but can deliver within Palmerston North/Local for a small fee

Want a planter tub? I can cut the full barrels in half to make 2 "tub" planters - these are $100 per tub i.e. $100 per half barrel
