urgent repair for wood-burner
My son's house has a wood-burner as the main form of heating. Last year I tried to get the chimney cleaned and we were told it couldn't be done as the plate at the top of the firebox in the wood-burner had warped and needed to be replaced. They said they would need to order the plate and said they would do so but never got back to us. The fire has been increasingly difficult to light and now cannot be lit at all. We urgently need someone who can repair it. Can anyone tell me who to approach to get the work done? Thank you for reading.
