On June 29, 2022, in her 100th year, peacefully and surrounded by family. Wife of the late Cyril Noel (Noel), loved and cherished Mum to Ian (deceased) and Elfi, David and Jill, Jennie and Howard Potter, and former daughter-in-law Ruth. Loved Gran to Kirsten, Stephen; Rachel, Adam; Becky, Emma. Special Great-Gran to Everett, Renee, Emily, Benjamin, Sophia, William, Lillian, Ellen, and Theodore. The family wish to acknowledge the tender care extended to Jessie by the hospital staff at Ultimate Care Bishop Selwyn.
