HEWSON, David Henry
On July 1, 2022 passed away peacefully in the presence of his family at the Home of Compassion, Silverstream; aged 87 years. Dearly loved and loving husband and soulmate of Virginia. Proud and loving father and father-in-law of Stephen & Andrea, Chris & Nichola. Proud and loving grandfather of Josh and Laura, Joseph and Zara. Special thanks to the staff at the Home of Compassion that cared for him. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Cnr Pine Avenue & Main Street, Upper Hutt, on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 11.00am, followed by private cremation.
