MANAWATU, Perry
On June 29, 2022, surrounded by whanau at his home in Christchurch. Dearly loved son of the late May Aquitania Sanders (nee Manawatu) and Hori Te Koiti Tauwhare (Arahura). Loved brother and brother-in-law of Armaine, Maria and Trevor, Ann-Cherie and Ricky. Special uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Perry will lay at 9 Medina Crescent, Parklands, until Saturday, July 2, where a service will be held at 10.30am. Thereafter Perry and whanau pani will travel to Koukourarata (Port Levy) where he will lay for 2 days at Tutehuarewa Marae. On Monday, July 4, at 11.30am, a service for Perry will be held at Tutehuarewa Marae. Whanau will then take Perry to his final resting place at the Otutohio urupa Koukourarata. Hakari will take place afterwards at Tutehuarewa Marae.
