Peacefully at the Oaks Rest Home, Sockburn, Christchurch, aged 92 years. Dearly loved wife of the late James Jesse Duncan of Dunedin. Dearly loved mother and mother-in- law of Louise and Bill Hackshaw (Rolleston), Stephen Dey (Dunedin), the late Sandra (Perth), Phillip (U.K.), and Deborah Engstrom (Rolleston). Much loved Nanny Mon of all her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved sister and life-long friend of Lola and Stuart Cross (Gisborne). Grateful thanks to all the care staff and RNs at the Oaks, your care of Monica was greatly appreciated. Messages can be sent to the family c/- 5 Lignite Drive, Rolleston 7614. According to Mum’s wishes, a private family service has been held.
