Of Otaki, formerly New Plymouth, on 12 September 2021, at Horowhenua Health Centre, aged 84 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Judith. Loving Dad of Sharon and Marty, Ross and Anna, Larraine and Chris. Adored Russo to Maggie, India and Angus, Lindsay, Amelia and Ethan Bell and Maddison, Hannah and Seth Haring. Also loved by Samantha and Jaxon Rae and especially Louis. In accordance with Russell’s wishes a private cremation has been held. Messages to the Bell Family, c/- 284 Oxford Street, Levin 5510. There will be an open home for friends to celebrate Russell at a date still to be chosen.
