BAKER, Alan Edwin
Aged 87 years, Alan passed away peacefully on 20 February 2021. Loved husband of Anita, and brother of David and Vivienne Baker, and Elaine and John Hopkins. Dearly loved father of Jenny and Dennis Shepherd, Carol and Paul Bennett, Bev and Gary Newdick, Shirley and Hudson Millar. Loved Grandpa/Gumpa of his 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Heartfelt thanks to Raman and all the carers, nurses, doctors and staff of Tamahere Eventide Rest Home - Kowhai Unit for caring for him as part of their wider family. A memorial service will be held at Tamahere Eventide Home Chapel on Friday 26 February 2021 at 11.00am to celebrate his life.
