Passed away peacefully after a long illness, surrounded by whnau, on 16th October 2018, aged 84 years. Gracie, known as Grace, created a legacy in her lifetime in Upper Hutt through her commitment and contribution to whnau and community. Grace is survived by her eight children and their partners, Paul and Desma, Colleen and Danny, Bernadette and Kevin, Anne and Rick, Michael and Jan, Sandra and Claude, Denise, Carol and Malcolm, 31 grandchildren and their partners, 52 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. The tangi will be held at Orongomai Marae. Funeral service Saturday 20th October at 8.00am. Our heartfelt thanks go out to Dr. Imogen Robertson, the team at CCU Lower Hutt Hospital and Te Omanga Hospice for their care and support.
