On October 15, 2018, peacefully at home in Christchurch; aged 51 years. Dearly beloved husband of Clare, loved son of Frances, and Alan and Helen, loved father of Roana, Serena, Andrew, Chaynce, Joshua, Madison, and Tane. Cherished Poppa of Donté, Trent; Maniah, Mariah, Meisha; Tyrell; and Tahlia, and a loved father-in-law, brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Special thanks to Nurse Maude Palliative Care.
