Passed away peacefully in Wellington on October 12, 2018. Aged 94 years. Loved son of the late William (Buster) and Henrietta (Hetty). Much loved husband of 62 years to the late Patricia Mary. Treasured father and father-in-law to Kerry and Mary Ann, the late Kevin and Anne, and Julie. Loved “Da” to his grandchildren Patrick, Anthony, Kate, Bridget, Natalie, Juliette and Nick, and “Great Da” to Harry, Charlie, Emma, Callum, Ava, Ellie and Emily. A friend to many. Our thanks go to the many wonderful medical professionals and caregivers who gave Dad comfort over the past few difficult months. He has taken his last tour and flown his last flight.
