Formerly of Merrivale and Winton. Passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018, aged 95. Dearly loved wife of the late Roderick John (Roddy). Loved mother and mother-in-law of Heather and Geoff Adams, Doug and Heather McDonald (Picton), Neil and Heather McDonald, Dorothy and Richard Steentjes (Portobello). Loved grand and great-grandmother of her 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Loved sister of the late Ethel Beal, and the late Winnie Newton. A celebration of Eileen’s life will be held in J Fraser and Sons’ Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, on Monday, August 20, at 2.30pm, followed by private cremation.
