On June 16, 2018, passed away at Nurse Maude Hospice. Much loved husband of Elizabeth, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Michael and Shirani, and Louise and Tim, loved granddad of Tyler, and Sophia; Frankie, and Toby, loved brother of Barry, treasured uncle of Roger, Angela, and Phillip. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nurse Maude Hospice. Derek’s farewell will be held at his home Tomorrow (Tuesday), at 2.30pm, private cremation thereafter.
