John died peacefully in Ranfurly Hospital on Monday 16 April 2018, aged 59. Loved and loving husband of Claire (nee McCormick) and treasured brother of Anne (Dunedin), much loved son of the late Eddie and Grace Mulholland of Oturehua. John will be at home from Thursday for those who would like to pay their respects. A Rosary for John will be held at 1286 Auripo Road, Oturehua, on Friday 20 April at 7.00pm. The funeral will be held at Sacred Heart Church, Ranfurly, on Saturday 21 April at 1.00pm, followed by burial at Blackstone Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Maniototo Hospital Rebuild would be appreciated and may be left at the church. Many thanks to the wonderful nurses of Ward 7A, Dunedin Public Hospital, Dr Verne Smith and the staff of the Ranfurly Hospital for their respect and care of John.
