On Wednesday, April 11, 2018, very peacefully at home. Dearly loved wife and best mate of the late Russell. Much loved Mum of Gaylene (dec), Christine and David Kett, and Rex and Carol (England). Adored Gran of Samantha & Simon, & Nicole; Jade & Andy, & Dion; James & Korkor, & Freddy; & Kaden. Best friend and treasured Granny to Harrison. A special thank you for the love and care given to Shirley by the staff at Arohanui Hospice, the district nurses and all her carers over the last two months. According to Shirley's wishes, a private service has been held.
