We are looking for two Responsible Business Award Coordinators to Coordinate the Lincoln Envirotown Trust Selwyn Responsible Business Award Scheme for all areas of Selwyn, to start in June. This scheme, which encourages and supports local businesses to become more environmentally sustainable, is supported by the Selwyn District Council.
These are part-time contract positions to undertake the distribution of the environmental survey to businesses; site visits and assessments; assistance in organising the awards presentation evenings.
You need to be well organised and self-motivated. These roles best suit people who enjoy meeting others; possess oral and written language skills, as well as an enthusiasm for environmental sustainability practices. Computer skills are a requirement but full training in the new survey and online system will be provided.
