Councillors call on residents to push for a zero per cent rates rise
Six councillors pushing for a zero per cent rates increase are calling on Christchurch residents to lobby council before this week's deadline.
People have until Thursday to let their views be known on Christchurch City Council's annual budget for the coming financial year.
Stollen Rooftop camper
Our lovely Dutch guests had a rooftop camper stolen off the top of their vehicle last night (Friday).
The car was parked on the corner of South Eyre/Browns Road with a for sale sign on. The awful person/people must have had tools available to unscrew and it was heavy.
