Sport-acular School Holiday Programme

Rangiora Fitness Centre

The North Canterbury Sport & Recreation Trust's popular school holiday programme is back again at the end of January - a fantastic way to keep the kids occupied at the end of the school holidays.

The week includes 2 visits to the always popular Gymnastics & Trampoline Centre, PLUS we're including 2 sessions of the new action-packed sport of Archery Tag.

This is a fantastic school holiday programme for sports-minded children 7-13 years old. You can book up to 4 children for one day or five days (or any number in between).

This holiday programme is held at the Rangiora Fitness Centre on East Belt from 9am - 3pm on January 22nd to 26th and is run by the North Canterbury Sport & Recreation Trust School Sports Coaches.

Join us for lunch and some new ideas

Jo Haywood Reporter from Homed

Hey neighbours, how are you finding life in lockdown? If you're looking for new ways to mix things up at home and in the garden, we can help!

Join us for a virtual lunch from 12.30 on Wednesday (8 April), when NZ House & Garden and NZ Gardener editors Naomi Larkin and Jo McCarroll will be live on Homed to answer your questions, share their expertise and chat about your latest projects.

From repurposing items you already have to create a stylish new interior, to getting a steer on what you can sow and grow in the garden right now, here's your chance to get help and advice from those in the know.

And if you've already finished some home and garden projects during lockdown, don't be shy... show us what you've done. We'd love to see them! Click here and get in early to submit your questions and join in the fun. You can also email photos of your projects to: homed@stuff.co.nz.

Recycling during lockdown

Angela from Rangiora

Hi Neighbours,
Just wondering if you all know during lockdown your recycle bins are being taken direct to landfill - I won't be putting my bin out until the recycle sorting centres are open again when level 4 is over.
