Remote Cooking by our Cookery Level 5 students
Our diploma students have been studying from home during this extended lockdown and cooking up these delicious dishes from their home kitchen as a part of our module on Edible plants.

Hear excerpts from her novel ‘Insurmountable Faith’, which follows the journey of Gemma as she struggles to cope with her husband after he sustains a serious head injury.
