My vaccine record - How to access it

The Team from Citizens Advice Christchurch Area

With the news that the Traffic light system will come into affect soon people have been asking us about the My Covid Record. My Covid Record is an online portal where you can view your Covid-19 vaccination record. You can also request a Vaccine pass or an International Travel Vaccination Certificate.

To sign up to My Covid Record, you need to have a My Health Account.
There are two ways to create a My Health Account:
1. You can sign up with your RealMe account if you have one; or
2. You can sign up with your email address. You will need your driver licence, passport, birth certificate or New Zealand citizenship certificate with you, as proof of your identity.
For those people who don't have easy access to a computer you can obtain a pass by calling 0800 222 478 . The pass will be emailed to an account but once this has been done it can then be printed . We can help with this (please call ahead) or your local library .
