REDUCED SPEED - Gloucester Street
One of your earlier posts mentioned that there was a reduced speed and to be aware of it in Gloucester Street. I always go to the city via Gloucester Street and it is 50mph. All I can think of is that there may be the side streets eg Woodham Street which have reduced speed as you enter them which gets you by surprise.
